The Genesis

In the month of November 2018, during my sophomore year in college, I came to the realization that I was tired of feeling lesser than enough, tired of not being my best self, and tired of tiptoeing on broken eggshells. I took a look in the mirror and began the change from within.

The genesis of my self-development and self-love journey was not easy, at all. I spent many hours alone in my college room, studying hard and learning how to put myself first. Through time and tribulations, my inner critic gradually transformed into my inner support system. I found an inner best friend, cheerleader, and teacher. My inner silence became my greatest teacher and, little did I know, this was the beginning of a bright and beautiful life.

The Now

Fast forward to four years later, everything has changed. I spent the past years rebuilding my confidence, training my mental strength, and learning how to redirect energy conversion to amplify power from within. I also discovered the power of shifting the paradigm on love from fueling my self-worth through validation to fueling compassion through cultivated self-love.

The Club

At The Power Of Club, we will dive into the power of ‘everything’. Together, we will discover how powerful we are, when we allow ourselves to be. The Power Of Club is focused on spreading the power of us and on sharing knowledge about the power of you. And to fulfill our promise, we are spreading our energy through outlets of listening+learning, reading+reflecting, and contributing+creating. There is power within all of us and we will use the power to achieve what we believe, to grow and glow, and to do things that matter.
