So, what is the No Plan Journey?

The No Plan B Journey is a 6-month journey, led by intentions and actions, in making the uncomfortable comfortable, doing what scares you the most, and becoming the best version of you. You will be erasing Plan B and fear-lessly pursuing Plan A. The journey is about pushing your potential, strengthening your body-mind-soul, and doing things that matter to you.

Why did I start the No Plan B Journey?

To make the most of the journey, you need to do the following:

  • Write down your Plan A. Why? Because you need a clear knowledge and visualization of what you want. How can achieve what you want if you don’t even know what you want?
  • Track your progress – this is SO important
    • Tracking your progress will provide you with a comprehensive record of the factors that played a role in shaping the person you will be at the end of 6 months.
    • Use the No Plan B Journey notion page to monitor and measure progress, growth, and results (click on image)
  • Find an accountability support system
    • Tell someone that you are doing the journey. Explain what the journey is, and what you will be doing, and ask them to be there for you.
    • And if you believe you don’t have a support system, you’re wrong. I am here for you. I’ll continue to upload weekly videos about my journey and will constantly be updating you on my Instagram. I am on this journey with you so you’re not alone.

With 3.5 months left, this is my progress so far:

  1. Overcame my self-doubting nature in a month (it was not easy, I fought hard for this win)
  2. Made a new friend every month so far (goal: make a new friend every month)
  3. Applied to 20 jobs, rejected by 10, and interviewed by 2.
  4. Made a professional personal website (check it out if curious)
  5. Rewrote my love narrative.
  6. Started running long-distance again.
  7. Tried monk mode – failed the first week, did 40% better the second.
  8. Finally admitted that I am a perfectionist – a huge milestone for me.
  9. Paralyzed by perfectionism and almost didn’t launch the Power Of Club.
  10. Studied perfectionism and wrote an article on the topic that launched with the power of club, read here.
  11. Learned how to overcome creative blocks: consume new knowledge
  12. Launched the Power Of Club.

I only listed a few pointers because there were just too many things to share! But with the ones provided, they portray a raw glimpse of the journey and prove why it’s so important to document growth. You need data to understand change and new knowledge to improve the plan.

If you made it to the end, then you are ready to begin.
If you need motivation and support, keep up with my No Plan B Journey series on YouTube – I’m doing it with you.
If you need a tracker, all you need is the No Plan B Journey notion page.
If you are unsure of your Plan A, let me remind you: you can live a life of the what ifs or a life of the what’s next.

Be fearless, be bold, be unstoppable. The choice is yours.
