Best Blueberry Banana Bread

Sorry in advance if you don’t like the word moist. This is the moistest banana bread you’ll ever try. Warm up the banana bread and drizzle nut butter on top for the best flavor. The nutty flavor perfectly balances out the sweetness of the banana bread. It is the perfect study snack, the perfect ‘I appreciate you’ gift, and the perfect ‘I’m craving a banana bread as I am writing a banana bread recipe post’ snack…yes, I am eating one right now.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Less than 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup of wild blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas into a mushy mixture. then beat in the eggs & add in the oil, honey, milk, and blueberries. Stir in the dry mixture.
  4. Oil the loaf pan and pour the mixture into a 9×5 loaf pan and bake for 53 min or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool, then enjoy!
